An earned doctorate in Organizational Development or a related field is required. Preference will be given to those that have relevant professional experience and experience working with doctoral students and/or on doctoral dissertations.

Job Description Summary

Cabrini University, located in suburban Philadelphia, seeks a full-time, tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor of Leadership and Organizational Development to begin May 2018. The successful candidate will teach graduate courses in the Organizational Development (OD) doctoral program and the Master of Science in Leadership program. This position will also involve serving as an anchor faculty for visiting scholars in the OD doctoral program, as well as serving on and/or chairing dissertation committees for OD students. The opportunity to serve as a program coordinator also exists.

12 month contract – teaching load is 9 credits each in the Fall and Spring semesters, in addition to summer responsibilities (teaching, dissertation or administrative).
