Involvement in campus clubs/organizations
Highly reliable and responsible nature Friendly and professional demeanor
Punctual and reliable
Must be in good standing academically and with regard to student conduct
Ideally 30 or more completed credits (exception First year students)
GPA 2.0 or higher
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to recognize and respect confidential material

Job Description Summary

Student Ambassadors provide excellent customer service to prospective students and their families, along with learning professionalism within the work place.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

Interact with prospective students and their families as part of on-campus recruitment.
• Give campus tours.
• Work the following events:
• Fall Open Houses (2)
• Accepted Student Day
• Spring Open House
• Summer Open House (if Available)
• Other Admissions Events(i.e. Instant Decision Day, Information Sessions)
• Participate in admissions telemarketing campaign throughout each semester.
• Work at least two Saturday morning sessions each semester.
• Assist with incoming telephone inquiries.
• Assist Admissions Counselors and Staff with special projects.
• Attend Mandatory semester trainings (1 fall and 1 spring).
• Enter inquiry cards into the admissions database
